Here at Needful Things if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within (14) Business Days. If you do happen to have, a problem with your order please contact us for any reason by emailing owner@newoodcrafter.com or by phone 402-695-2824 and we will respond to you within 1-2 business day. Shipping the return back is the responsibility of the purchaser; you may mail the item back with any shipping method you choose. We will gladly issue a full refund, less shipping charges, through the original method, you paid Needful Things or we will gladly exchange your product for a replacement of the same product, if the item is not in stock and you would like an exchange we will issue a store credit.
Most items are kept in stock but in the small chance, that the item you are ordering is not in stock Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Custom items please allow up to 2 weeks.
We use two different shipping methods. USPS and UPS, it depends on the size of the package. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box so please provide a real shipping address when placing your order.
